SEBON reduced Broker Comission | See how reduced comission impact for small investors

Sebon reduced the broker comission on each transaction for buying and selling of shares by 33%. Broker comission decreased to 0.4 to 0.27 without changing the previous slab.

The new comission is as follows. 

0.40% up to the transaction amount of Rs. 50,000.
0.37% for amount greater than Rs. 50,000 and less than 500,000. 
0.34% for amount greater than 500,000 and less than Rs. 2,000,000. 
0.30% for amount greater than Rs. 2,000,000 and less than Rs. 10,000,000. 
0.27% for transaction amount greater than Rs. 10,000,000.

The minimum commission amount is set to rs 10 as decreasing rs 15 as of the previous rs 25. Let us see an example on how the reduced comission help for small investors.
